JOB TITLE: Senior Technology Business Analysis

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St. Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

DUTIES: Senior Technology Business Analysis needed by AT&T Services, Inc. in Dallas, TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to be responsible  for gathering, training, project planning, forecast, and goal setting during the project initiation and design phases. Participate in user requirement workshops and decompose business features into tech user stories. Create project delivery effort estimates using the work breakdown structure method and track delivery plan for every EPIC on a sprint basis. Conduct sprint ceremonies like daily stand up, scrum calls, demos, retrospective, and sprint planning. Calculate team capacity and Development velocity and delegate the tasks daily to the team members and help the team resolve complex issues as required. Perform project management tasks including work planning and delivery tracking, capacity planning and estimating, metric reporting, and delivery KPI along with issue and risk management. Analyze application issues and perform problem resolutions independently. Code review and management using git software as part of Code Cloud Branching process. Troubleshoot technical problems faced by the team during application development and delivery phase. Review the tasks completed by the team and make sure the deliverables are properly done within the time frame. Review and report daily/weekly tasks deliverable metrics. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to the project team and to management on daily and weekly basis. Maintain/update wiki with architecture, web module, and mS documentation including request/response details. Apply experience in designing and development of Front-end software solutions using Java, AngularJS, Node, ReactJS, and JavaScript technologies. Apply experience with custom software development, enterprise level third-party application integrations, and system experiences in domains like Computer Software, Retail Warehouse Management System, telecommunications, and consumer electronics. Provide application management support for Enterprise System and building custom software applications for Enterprise System Solutions. Apply experience configuring and maintaining Jira and other process management systems. Analyze and develop innovative integrated software solutions. Apply experience highlighting issues, risks, and limitations for present and future deliverables. Design architecture and system designs. Design the scalable systems and consider the overall traffic and load on the systems. Design APIs using microservices architecture. Review test cases for all functional requirements. Conduct demos for testing team to provide knowledge of the implementation of new requirements. Track statuses of all defects opened during test executions. Prioritize, troubleshoot, and fix defects.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Mechanical Engineering or Information Systems and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation analyzing and developing innovative integrated software solutions; applying experience highlighting issues, risks, and limitations for present and future deliverables; designing architecture and system designs; designing the scalable systems and considering the overall traffic and load on the systems; designing APIs using microservices architecture; reviewing test cases for all functional requirements; conducting demos for testing team to provide knowledge of the implementation of new requirements; tracking statuses of all defects opened during test executions; and prioritizing, troubleshooting, and fixing defects.
