Latinos Play a Big Role at AT&T

Latinos make up 15% of our workforce – that’s over 32,000 employees across the U.S. More importantly we make sure their drive for upward mobility is recognized at all levels of our business.

Cinthya Allen started at a call center and now she helps manage public policy as an Area Manager in External Affairs. She also serves as the President of our Hispanic/Latino Employee Resource Group (HACEMOS).
