Latinos Play a Big Role at AT&T
Latinos make up 15% of our workforce – that’s over 32,000 employees across the U.S. More importantly we make sure their drive for upward mobility is recognized at all levels of our business.
Cinthya Allen started at a call center and now she helps manage public policy as an Area Manager in External Affairs. She also serves as the President of our Hispanic/Latino Employee Resource Group (HACEMOS). Through her experience at AT&T she was able to step out of her comfort zone and make the most out of her career and she encourages others to do the same.

It’s not only our employees that know we care – others see it too. In 2014 we received a 95% rating on the Corporate Inclusion Index from the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility – the highest rating awarded by the HACR. We also ranked #4 on DiversityInc’s 2016 List of Top 50 Companies for Diversity.
