AT&T values a broad range of degrees, backgrounds, and skillsets. Our internships provide participants the opportunity to hone skills and knowledge through meaningful work. On top of that, you willgive back to the community and network with other interns and AT&T leaders.
The majority of internships range from 10-12 weeks and are offered in various AT&T functional areas such as marketing, finance, sales, operations, and tech related roles.
New internship opportunities will arise throughout the Fall and Spring semester. Applications will be reviewed, and AT&T will notify you for roles that align with your degree and experience. You can determine if you want to pursue relevant positions when notified.

Key Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate associates, bachelor's or graduate degree program
Identified leadership capability – academics, athletics, or extracurricular activities.
Willingness to relocate

Our Internship Program interns earn between $43,400 and $86,600 yearly. Not to mention all of the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education requirements.
