By joining the AT&T Marketing Excellence Program, you’ll have the unique opportunity of diverse exposure through multiple rotations across the business at an accelerated pace. During the full-time 24-month program, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about a variety of marketing disciplines in diverse areas of the business including Brand, Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Advertising, Operations, Analytics, and more. In addition, you’ll receive access to best-in-class development curriculum, executive mentoring, and the relationship-building opportunities you need to gain an edge—including collaborating directly with our top marketing team members and executives.
What does it take to join our team?
- Current enrollment in a graduate degree program with an academic concentration in Business/Marketing, Business/Other, Communications, Fine Arts, Liberal Arts, Sales, Social Sciences, Technical or other relevant degree and graduating by Spring 2025
- Two to seven years of full-time marketing-related work and/or military experience that occurred between the achievement of your undergraduate and graduate degrees
- Work experience in one or more of the following areas: Advertising, Agency, Brand Management, Brand or Marketing Strategy, Channel Marketing, Communications, Customer Relationship Marketing, Marketing Operations, Media, Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, Product Management, Research, Insights & Analytics
- Deep understanding of marketing principles
- Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
- Ability to think through strategic and operational challenges to build ground-up solutions
Job assignment locations are in Dallas, TX.

Final round interviews will take place at our headquarters campus in Dallas, TX in October of 2024. Timing is subject to change. In-person participation is required with complimentary travel arrangements and expenses provided by AT&T if you are located outside of the Dallas Fort Worth area.
