5 Key Program Facts

Full-Time Program

  • Where will I need to relocate?

    You’ll need to relocate to one of our hub cities – most likely in CA, GA or TX.

  • Is relocation assistance provided?

    Yes it is! We’ll help you get where you’re going.

  • How long will I be in the LDP?

    2½ years.

  • What are the education and experience requirements?

    You must be in your final year of an MBA or Master’s program and have 3-10 years of fulltime work experience.

  • When do I apply?

    Apply August-February and start in July.


  • Where will I need to relocate?

    You will need to relocate to our headquarters in TX.

  • Is relocation assistance provided?

    You'll receive a stipend to help with the cost of housing.

  • How long will I be Interning in the LDP?

    10 weeks. Interns have the opportunity for early consideration into our full-time program.

  • What are the education and experience requirements?

    You must be in your first year of an MBA or Master’s program and have 3-10 years of fulltime work experience.

  • When do I apply?

    Apply August-March and start in June.

Experience gained in Network Services
  • Managed crews of technicians at the customer site or a company location for POTS, Special Services, Designed Services, Data Services, U-verse or related power equipment
  • Planned, organized, and directed all operations with respect to installation support, service and major moves, adds, and changes
  • Exposure to AFO (Core & Uverse), C&E, TP&E, and VP's in all the organizations

For more than 30 years, AT&T’s Leadership Development Program has consistently produced leaders who keep us ahead, guaranteeing our long-term success in a fast-changing industry.  That means you’ll have everything you need to stretch your talent further than you ever thought possible.

Our 28-month program features three job rotations, during which you’ll gain access to management and developmental learning. It’s a unique opportunity to lead projects, develop teams, and gain management experience from day one.  During the program you’ll maximize your exposure and impact across our entire organization including AT&T Inc. and its operating companies, AT&T Communications and AT&T Latin America, while getting development, mentoring, and networking.

To be considered for this program, you must be actively pursuing or have completed an MBA or master’s degree by Spring 2022.  You’ll also need three or more years of full-time work and/or military experience. We find our most successful candidates have a talent for collaborating on complex solutions and have previous supervisory experience. Program participants may be required to relocate several times throughout the life of the program to the Greater Dallas and Atlanta areas, Southern California, or to other locations where the program offers job assignments.  Job assignment locations are variable and subject to change at any time for the needs of the business.  And most of all, here at AT&T, the drive to transform people’s lives through technology will be your most valuable asset.
