Are you energized by solving problems for customers and collaborating across teams to deliver results? The Lead Product Marketing Manager role on our Customer Experience team could be the perfect fit for you. We are building our CX team at Cricket Wireless, meaning you will have the opportunity to get in at the beginning and help build this capability.

What exactly would you be doing? We are working to bring our value proposition “Stress less. Smile more.” to life by removing barriers for our customers and providing a product that adds meaningful value to their lives. We need someone who can design, develop, launch, and manage the lifecycle of products and services that support key areas along our customer journey. Your focus will be to work with our CX Strategist to understand gaps and opportunities in your focus area to develop solutions that solve for these unmet needs. Some of the teams you will collaborate with include IT, Digital Experience, Network, Corporate Strategy, Social Media, Brand, Shopper Journey, and Sales. You will:

  • Manage a group of products through their full life cycles
  • Identify key KPIs to monitor, analyze, and track progress against goals
  • Develop support for business cases
  • Develop marketing plans to communicate products to customers
  • Manage multiple projects, coordinating with teams across the organization
  • Provide readouts at leadership levels

Education: Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience: 6 + years of experience in product development and/or product management. Our key focus areas are Onboarding, Network Services, Payments/Billing, and Value Added Partnerships. Experience in any of these key areas or in the wireless industry are a bonus.


Required Qualifications:

  • Five years product management experience
  • Must be comfortable with conveying the value of new and emerging products, technologies or applications to senior level management and across a diverse product team
  • Product launch and lifecycle management experience
  • Previous experience leading a cross-functional organization in executing projects from ideation to completion
  • Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced, high-growth professional environment
  • Must possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Six or more years product management experience, preferably in consumer new product development
  • Product management experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/telecom industry highly desired.
