Lead Channel Manager - Digital Merchandising

Overall Purpose:

The Lead Channel Manager - Digital Merchandising role is responsible for designing and developing the offer planning, testing and merchandising plans for the digital sales channel for Small Business customers.  This channel is expected to grow dramatically as we migrate to a single, integrated platform over the next 12 months.

This individual will determine the right offers for the right customers coupled with the right on site merchandising strategies to best leverage this channel to achieve sales results.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Market and customer segmentation strategies to determine the best customers to serve through this channel. 
  • Digital offer testing and management
  • Merchandising strategies and execution 
  • Offer and merchandising dashboarding and analytics
Skills Required:
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience; digital experience preferred 
  • Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written) to address all levels
  • Analytical skills required to quantify and forecast trends (risks and opportunities) and drive requirements and alignment of targets and objectives 
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Process and operational skills to develop and deliver on targets 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders

Education:
Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Business or Marketing with 5+ years of relevant experience including management
