We’re investing more than $200 million annually in AT&T University. This internal training organization offers required courses and electives to help our people to continue to upgrade their skills.

We’re fostering the workforce of tomorrow – in every corner of what we do. That’s why we’ve teamed up with groups like Udacity, Coursera and the University of Notre Dame for advanced online learnings for our employees.

Year Up Internships

As we keep looking toward what’s next, we’re also looking at who’s next. That’s why we’ve partnered with Year Up, which connects people to a six-month learning experience followed by a six-month internship with a major company. Our goal is to host 200 interns annually by 2022.

AT&T Aspire

We believe that technology can help students connect to the skills they need to succeed in high school and their careers. Over 10 years, our Aspire initiative has committed more than $500 million to programs that can help them do it.
