Document Specialist DIRECT LABOR
Location: Arlington, VA
Technical writer and desktop publisher. Creating "from-scratch" documentation for writing end-user software procedures. Must be familiar with information technology business processes and be able to comprehend new systems application and methodology. Duties include writing and updating user guides for the PPB BOS current and future IT system applications, updating and adding new sections to the reference guide for a software develop and graphics applications. Writing end-user ERP software procedures and business processes. Prepares soft-copy and hard-copy user manuals and product training materials for employees and customers. All documentation will be in accordance with ISO 9000 materials.
Required: The government desires a minimum of Bachelors of Administration or other related field from undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university. The offeror must have a minimum 10 or more years experience in various office, desktop publishing, and graphics packages. Must have extensive experience with technical and business writing and desktop publishing. Secret Clearance required
