AT&T Financial Leadership Program Fulltime

The AT&T Financial Leadership Program (FLP) is a nationally recognized, three-year leadership development program designed to cultivate the future business leaders of the AT&T Finance Organization.
Participants in this program complete three, one-year job rotations within our Finance Organization and Operations. Rotations are offered in many different areas of corporate finance, as well as financial analyst positions and operational assignments in our business units. Examples of job rotations could include:
· Business Case Development
· Corporate Controllers/Accounting
· Corporate Planning
· Corporate Strategy
· Financial Analysis
· Forecasting
· Investor Relations
· Treasury
· Internal Audit
· Business Unit Finance
· Business Unit Operations
As a participant, you will also have the opportunity to experience:
Leadership development training, peer and career mentoring, as well as networking are all key management. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are placed in a broad range of challenging AT components of the AT&T FLP. Participants also have the opportunity to learn from AT&T senior &T Finance positions.

Candidates must be completing an MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration Excellent academic credentials
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Targeted candidates have more than three years of relevant work experience
· U.S. citizen or permanent resident or other protected individual as defined in 8 U.S.C. Sec 1324(b)(3); H Visas are currently not being sponsored
· Geographic mobility upon graduation and while in the program
· Some primary work locations may include Dallas, Texas; Hoffman Estates, IL; Bedminster, New Jersey; Atlanta, GA.
Selected candidates will be invited to AT&T Headquarters, in Dallas, Texas for
on-site interviews on November 10th and 11th , 2011.
