We have an exciting opportunity in Oklahoma City, on our Customer Support team. The position is full-time with benefits. The Customer Support Specialist role handles inquiries from customers related to billing, rate plans, accessories, features, services, and more.
Start With Training
You'll begin with 8 weeks of initial training in addition to transition training. We want to ensure you have the skills you need to be successful and to help you perform at the highest level. But the learning doesn't stop there. We also offer ongoing training to help you prepare for your next career move.

To start, you'll earn $12.78 - $14.87 an hour with an opportunity to receive a raise after only 6 months. With every promotion, you can earn even more. Our location is easily accessible at 3201 Quail Springs Parkway, close to Kilpatrick Turnpike and Hefner Parkway.
