• Develop and execute targeted programs to drive a sound customer experience and drive business results
  
• Program manage and maintain existing customer marketing campaigns in the Southeast Region, while looking for ways to improve results on what's already being done
  
• Partner with local Marketing Communications Managers to identify and implement local communications necessary to maintaining the existing customer base and provide an excellent customer experience
  
• Create and implement new customer campaign ideas (churn, x-sell/up-sell, etc.) including hypotheses, specific analyses to quantify opportunity, and proposed offer design
  
• Demonstrate financial aptitude to justify, prioritize and present new offer proposals (propose financially sound recommendations)
  
• Understand channel economics and impact on new offer design; coordinate with Sales, Finance, HQ-corporate marketing, Sales Operations and Network teams
  
• Track product, service and promotional base campaign metrics, report on performance to show ROI and measure impact of campaigns on the base (migration, churn reduction)
  
• Work with HQ and call center teams on "defensive" actions to identify issues and opportunities
  
• Serve as a regional point of contact for national base communication program rollouts

• Three or more years experience in a marketing, finance, or marketing support function (Finance or Research)
  
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
  
• Background in analysis including the skills to manage data and analysis in spreadsheets and databases
  
• Must possess both written and oral communication skills
  
• Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Math or Sciences


• 5-8 years of progressive successful development as an engineer.

  • Wireless engineering principles (cell site/tower design, attributes and specifications, and RAN design, spectrum/frequency planning, etc.),
  
  
  • Hardware (Cellsite equipment layout, network infrastructures),
  
  
  • Performance Management (System KPIs and metrics, etc.), and
  
  
  • Software (Parameter definition, etc).
  
  
  • Tools and Software (AIM, RF propagation, modeling, and planning tools, etc.)
