Review and discuss Tech Type Forecast with market BOD, NEM and RAN Director for proper MOU allocation, market unique trends and seasonality for an accurate base in the quarterly RANFT Voice and Data Forecast. Create tables, run alteryx queries to generate loadsets for RANFT. Generate export reports for RNC/MSN planners as well as the Transport team to run MRIFT algorithms to forecast IUB capacity. Discuss and plan site augmentations at hardware level/PA’s, IUB-ETTCS, Carrier Adds, Sector splits, Capacity sites, etc. Work with Design Teams as TA is complete with HQ for RFDS and iPlan needs. Monitor and Trend BH Traffic for 2G, 3G and LTE to prevent blocking and customer dissatisfaction. Plan and execute expansions needs or COLTS to handle Special Events and Venues like (College, Stadiums, Daytona 500 Races, MLB, MBA, NFL, Super Bowl, CTIA, Mall Sites, Theme Parks, Spring Break). Market lead in 2G harvesting effort and provide PMO opportunities to harvest and re-allocate hardware. Support GSM de-grows and providing Data fills, ABIS templates, ensuring radios, cabinets, MCPA’s are accelerated for depreciation and T1’s are disconnected. Work with Fixed Asset Analyst to ensure proper assets are depreciated.
