This position will work closely with sales management, individual account managers, and the customer to ensure the timely and accurate placement of orders. This individual will also work closely with the Care center and the Program Office to communicate the customer’s needs and set the proper expectations. <br/>Job Responsibilities: <br/><br/>• Owns the order process to include the following: <br/>• Interact directly with the customer to obtain required Service Order information <br/>• Create Agency Hierarchy Codes <br/>• Enter orders into the GIOM ordering system, complete provisioning forms and submit them to the internal order support team and the Care center <br/>• Collaborate with the Care center to attain required billing information needed to progress the order <br/>• Obtain USOs required for Sales SIP process <br/>• Access numerous service delivery systems---ordering, provisioning, billing, and some maintenance systems <br/>• Track the implementation process through order completion including the SIP process. <br/>• Ability to use or learn to use the following systems: eCRM, Tirks, Pocits, GIOM, EFMS, SOTS, GCSM for MIS orders, BAP, IS <br/>• Review Purchase Orders/Delivery Orders from assigned accounts and ensure accuracy <br/>• Review order requests to ensure accuracy prior to processing <br/>• Process all order types <br/>• Coordinate with Sales Engineering for equipment purchases and delivery <br/>• Perform Firm Order Commitment Notice review and First Bill Review <br/>• Other duties as assigned by sales leaders <br/>• CSS will develop skills through Web-based and Instructor-led training. <br/><br/>Position Qualifications: <br/>• Technical understanding of core AT&amp;T products and services. <description><![CDATA[<DIV>This position is located in the AT&amp;T DISN Video Services - Global (DVS-G) Video Management Center in Dranesville, VA. This position is part of a dedicated program team which includes engineers, video technicians, operations managers, system administrators, and project management personnel. All work for this position must be performed on site at the AT&amp;T Dranesville, VA facility; virtual office or telework is not an option. The team is comprised of both AT&amp;T employees and subcontractors. The Specialist will have direct responsibility for ensuring the project is compliant with all relevant Government Security regulations. A Secret Security clearance is required. The candidate will also serve as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the Dranesville cleared facility. The duties will include, but is not limited to, industrial security, personnel security and physical security management and oversight.The fast-paced, 24 x 7 project environment, requires the Specialist to multi-task, collaborate with geographically dispersed team members, and quickly re-prioritize work activities based on operational and/or overall service needs. Direct responsibilities include the following: - Review, compilation and management of all security event logs. - Daily monitoring of Government’s security vulnerability tracking system, research of newly identified information assurance vulnerabilities, and creation of action plans and milestone schedules for addressing system vulnerabilities. - Development, documentation and execution of processes for monthly system vulnerability scans using Government-provided scanning tools. Analyzing and compiling results to provide technical personnel concise, clear direction on updates/changes required to project systems. - Management of Government-provided Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS). Cooperatively work with Government personnel with System Administration responsibility to address and resolve issues. - Configuration and management of the AT&amp;T test lab IDS system to conform as close as possible to the operational network. - Oversee daily operation of Government-furnished Host Based Security System. Development and documentation of feature/function rules as appropriate. Management of anti-virus programs on all systems. - Knowledge of SUN System firewalls. Support engineering efforts on Cisco ASA firewalls. - Manage/operate Cylink encrytors. - Provide guidance to technical and project team on Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). - Manage (commercial) PKI certificate program for team. - Develop and maintain security processes, procedures and other required documentation as needed. Desired skills: - <br/><br/>Hands-on experience in Windows XP, Server 2003, Server 2008, .NET, IIS, and MS Office. - Working knowledge of Active Directory. - Familiarity with DSS inspections, DISA FSO audit processes, and DIACAP, ATO and ATC requirements. - Experience with SIEM technologies (ArcSight or Event Tracker) used to monitor security events.- Hands-on experience in scripting perl, VB, bat, bash and sh.The incumbent must be articulate and technologically astute to successfully communicate with the large group of operators, engineers and system administrators. Project and process management skills are valuable as DVS-G is a completely custom product and develops unique methods and procedures for all functions, including Security. Developing, documenting, and maintaining processes, with concurrence from all team members, will be critical in this position. This position also assumes a leadership and quality assurance role on technical concerns for the practice or department represented by the volume. <br/><br/>Responsibilities: <br/>The management of this activity, under direction of the Senior Proposal Manager and in concert with other Volume Managers, includes, but is not limited to, these responsibilities: <br/>• Develops the proposal volume strategy <br/>• Leads the development of any Volume Summaries or ancillary volume artifacts <br/>• Forms the proposal volume response team <br/>• Manages all individual volume activities <br/>• Compiles volume schedule and technical elements in accordance with RFP specifications <br/>• Coordinates the collection and accumulation of scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments <br/>• Researches and analyzes historical data <br/>• Develops cost models to support proposal efforts <br/>• Coordinates activities and participates in fact-finding meetings <br/>• Ensures volume content meets overall response standards set by Senior Proposal Manager <br/>Required Skills <br/>• Ability to lead volume development teams and to work with proposal teams in a very dynamic environment. <br/>• Ability to develop, coordinate and direct the development of large technical Federal proposals valued in excess of $30M <br/>• The ability to articulate verbally and in writing highly complex technical solutions in understandable terms, proposals, WBS, schedules and project plans. <br/>• The ability to balance cost vs. technical solutions with a winning technical solution <br/>• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project to create, edit and produce documents and supporting artifacts. <br/>• Ability to gather information from subject matter experts for use as substantive content in proposals for highly complex technical solutions <br/>• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners through personal credibility and trust <br/>• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS and other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to the RFP process. <br/>• Knowledge of the Service Contract Act and its applications <br/>• Ability to think strategically and be detail oriented <br/>• Experience in Win Strategy Workshops <br/>This position will be located in Oakton, Virginia. <br/><br/></P><br/></p><br/>]]></description>
