The program provides the Student Intern practical work experience to augment their education and career preparation. The AT&T Access Intervention Managers are responsible for the maintenance side of the business customers requiring maintenance support 24x7x365 days. Supplier shall provide services to support the AT&T Customer Operations function.

Tier I Agent will perform a multi-functional maintenance role in support of customers. The Tier I Agent will be the responsible to interface with access suppliers at the highest level of escalation in order to resolve customer troubles and access T3 troubles. Responsible to interface with both customers and suppliers in pursuit of restoration of service. Support all maintenance work centers in this capacity. Expected to proactively manage work list, customers, and suppliers and to follow through to final resolution for AT&T’s Customers . In order to perform this function, a multitude of tools, telephone and systems will be utilized in order to bring the issues to resolution.

The Network Engineering Technical Development Program (NETDP) is the newest career development program of AT&T.
