We have two exciting opportunities in Ashland. While the positions are very similar, full-time and fully benefitted, you must apply to each separately in order be considered. The Customer Support Specialist handles inquiries from customers related to billing, rate plans, features and services, network, coverage, handsets & devices, accessories, repair & troubleshooting, credits & adjustments, etc. The Customer Service Representative role is a more traditional sales and service call center career with opportunity to increase pay based on sales goal attainment.

Reach Your Potential

The CSR starting salary range is from $10.51 to $14.76 per hour based on your experience and/or education. The CSS starting salary range is from $12.69 to $15.14 based on your experience and/or education. But the opportunities don't end there. You'll earn additional compensation for the sale of U-verse products and services while being eligible for your first raise after just 6 months! Then with every promotion, you can earn even more. Start With Training

You'll begin with 6 weeks of classroom training before joining your new team. We want to ensure you have the skills you need to be successful and to help you perform at the highest level. But the learning doesn't stop there. We also offer ongoing training to help you prepare for your next career move.

Where You'll Work

Our location is easily accessible at 826 East Park Drive, close to I-64, with free onsite parking for employees. The call center features an Internet lounge and on-site cafeteria. We are located just a short drive from several restaurants and a Wal-Mart Supercenter.
