Establishes and maintains contacts and rapport with customer and prospects.  May establish long-term relationship with accounts/clients. Seasoned in-depth knowledge of functional/process area; considered a subject matter expert.  Typically viewed as a mentor or coach.  Work performed with limited guidance.  Guidance may be limited to outcomes expected.  Typically reports to a Second Level Manager.  Prefers a minimum of 3-5 years of telecommunications experience.<br/></p><br/>]]></description>
