We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the life cycle of corporate hardware and software assets, optimizing costs and solutions through best practices.
The role covers all aspects of (ITAM) IT asset management, from acquisition to payment and retirement.
A background in leasing, software licensing, and entitlement processes is a must.
The candidate will liaise with various business groups, offering support via live chat, tickets, meetings, and email.
The role requires a solid understanding of procurement, leasing, payment procedures, asset data integrity, and audit norms.
Experience with hardware fixes, asset tag updates, and error correction processes is essential.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will be adept at using RPA technologies like Microsoft Power Automate, and experienced in creating and maintaining automation bots.
They will have a flair for identifying and implementing new automation opportunities.
Experience with Power BI report generation, proficiency in programming languages (SQL, PHP, Python, Visual Basic, JavaScript, HTML), and database management (especially Oracle and MySQL) is crucial.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines is key.
Fluency in English
Working location: Bratislava (Lakeside or Aupark), or Kosice; 1-3 days in office are required
Working time: EMEA 9am-5:30pm (or upon agreement US 2pm-10:30pm)
Salary: Salary starting from 2,825 EURgross monthly.
The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.
